Its been quite sometime since I last posted on this blog mainly due to being just too busy and distracted creating my pension by working on our housing project all summer without ever getting chance to get on the bike.
When I did take time out a week or so ago to get my blue Triumph Legend mot tested it refused to start leaving me surrounded by non running or non legal bikes I cant use. The only legal runner is parked in a garage near Lincoln.
Between getting those bikes running I should now be able to start more regular posts again until I leave the area in several months time. by then someone else, possibly Keith will have taken on the care of this website.
So whats been happening whilst I wasnt paying attention.
Several members went on a biking trip to Scotland which I hear was blessed with decent weather and was enjoyed by all. A report on that trip would be appreciated.
Regular ride ins to club night have become a feature of club life when a volunteer can be found to lead the ride.
The midweek rides have apparently faded somewhat but on the other hands there have been plenty of rides at weekends to various events both near and far.

and no doubt a few I have missed.
I will add some information mostly gleaned from Matt on as many of these events as possible in the next few posts.
